OpenCL Error, Falling back to CPU lightmapper Unity 2020


Despite having a hefty GPU like an RTX 2070 the bottleneck of my PC is actually my CPU. This may be an issue that other people are having and one simple trick I did to avoid having to revert to my CPU to render the world was to untick ‘Multiple Importance Sampling’ .

This being unticked allowed some more breathing room for my PC and this setting being disabled will benefit people on low-mid range PC’s.
